Artcenter Traverse City will present the “K – 12 Student Art Exhibition,” from March 10 to April 1, 2013, at the Main Branch of the Traverse Area District Library. An opening reception will be held on Sunday, March 10, from 1- 3 p.m. in the McGuire Community Room. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public. The exhibit will feature students from the Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District, include public, private, parochial, charter, and home-schooled students, grades kindergarten through twelfth. Both two-dimensional and three-dimensional works may on display.
A random drawing will be held for prizes given to participating students and teachers, courtesy of the Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, a society of women educators.
