Facilities and Services Committee

Purpose: To investigate where new branches should be located and how large those branches should be; and to consider what library services should be provided at what locations.

Finance Committee

Purpose: To assist Director and Business Manager with investment and budget decisions.

Members: Greg Luyt, Jerry Beasley. Laurie Lake

Personnel Committee

Purpose: To conduct periodic evaluations of Director and advise on other personnel matters when requested.

Members: Tom Kachadurian, Maryln Lawrence, Greg Luyt

Policy Committee

Purpose: To periodically review Library's current policies and formulate new policies when the need arises.

Members: Jerry Beasley, Laurie Lake, Bill Fowle

Friends Liason

Purpose: To encourage and facilitate communication between The Friends of the Library and Board of Trustees.
