Public Notice of Regular Meetings

The Board of Trustees of the Traverse Area District Library meets in regular session the second Thursday of each month. The dates of the 2010 Regular Meetings are:

Thursday, October 14

All meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. in the McGuire Room at Woodmere unless otherwise posted. Special meetings may be called as necessary. Any change in the regular schedule or notice of any special meeting will be posted pursuant to Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976.

Meetings of the Board are open to the public (except as provided by law), and the Board has adopted certain rules of procedure governing persons desiring to address the Board.

Copies of this notice, notices of a change of schedule, minutes of the Board meetings, and the Board Rules are available on request and without charge in reasonable quantities.

The Traverse Area District Library will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon 3 days notice to the Library.
