Unless otherwise indicated, Traverse Area District Library Regular Board meetings are scheduled for 5:30 PM on the third Thursday each month in the McGuire room at 610 Woodmere Ave., Traverse City, MI.

Meetings of the Board are open to the public (except as provided by law) and the Board has adopted certain rules of procedure governing persons desiring to address the Board.
The Traverse Area District Library will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon 3 days notice to the Library.
