Let the Excavation Begin

Hold on to your hats. It's earthmoving time . . .

* It starts out R-E-A-L S-L-O-W.*


But it begins to take shape VERY FAST.

This is the re-rod in the pad for the main elevator. It's HUGE!
Look at the size of those people!!

 

 

 

It took 19 truck loads of cement to fill the elevator pad.
Each truck holds about 14 yards of concrete.

Drainage Pipes (these are 3 ft. in diameter - incredible!)
