Much of the ground plumbing is covered by the dirt floor bed.

Preparing the floor beds for concrete slabs and paving the parking areas.
The 4 boxed areas are part of the support structures for the staircase.

The tall white "crane" is a concrete pump. . . for pouring the elevator walls.

All these gray things that look like creatures crawling over the site are electrical route boxes.

See what it looks like close-up. They are pretty big if you notice the footprints on the bottom left corner.
