Come on out to the East Bay Branch Library on Saturday March 20th @ 1:30 p.m. and enjoy a Spring Concert with local singer songwriter Andre Villoch.  Music for guitar and vocals will be featuredand you may even hear an Irish tune or two as Andre  entertains the crowd with his own signature sound.
