This excellent book is the sequel to The Roar which I found very enjoyable. The story takes up right where The Roar ended.
Mika and his twin sister have been reunited and when they touched for the first time they glowed.
With Mal Gorman's other mutant "Chosen Ones" the twins need to find a way to free the microchipped children and prevent a war between the North which has been forced to live behind the Wall and the South. The South is rich and powerful however they have not heard the "whisper".
