NetLibrary Recorded Books
TADL now provides access for our patrons to downloadable audio books via NetLibrary.
This service allows you to download audio books to your home computer running Microsoft Windows and Windows Media Player version 9 or higher. These recorded books can also be transferred to supported portable digital media players.
There are two ways to create your NetLibrary account:
- Come in to TADL or any of our Branch or Member Libraries and use one of the public computing workstations to create a NetLibrary account. Our Public Computing Center staff will help you with this, if desired.
- If you have a current account with TADL's online catalog, visit your Catalog Account page and follow the "Access NetLibrary Recorded Books from home" link.
Once you've registered you can visit http://www.netlibrary.com/Centers/AudiobookCenter/ and log in to download up to six audio books at a time, for three weeks each. You can renew each audio book as many times as you like without the need for another download.

Remember: Before downloading audiobooks from NetLibrary, you must first create your free NetLibrary account using one of the methods listed above.
