There are a variety of spaces in which to meet throughout the district served by the Library.

At the Woodmere location there are several different-sized rooms with many different configurations and presentation equipment available.

The Interlochen Public Library is located right in the same building as the Green Lake Township Community Room.

The Kingsley Branch shares the use of the Village of Kingsley Community Room.

The Fife Lake Public Library has a meeting room available for public use as well.
