Old Bump
At the far point of the main lobby - just beyond the grand staircase - is a relaxing atrium, reminiscent of the 1905 Carnegie Library architecture
The staff affectionately calls this area 'the bump".

The Friends of the Traverse Area District Library offer coffee in the atrium each weekday.
The Friends of TADL opened their NEW Gift shop in the fall of 2002. There are many unique and special gifts to choose from to please anyone - young or old.
