A New Year, A New You at the library!

The start of a New Year is a wonderful time to make resolutions. Whether you’re committed to improved health, or learning something new, TADL is here to help support the pursuit of your personal goals. Need some help getting inspired and setting that 2020 vision? We’ve got programs to help you create your Vision Board for the new year. Make plans to attend one or more of these programs in January.

Each of the following events will take place in the McGuire Community Room at the TADL Main Library. Some events require an RSVP, so don’t delay!

Sunday, January 5 @ 2:00 p.m. – Create your own personal Vision Board
Use positive words and images to create a collage to represent the life you want to live.

Mondays, January 6 & 20 @ 10:00 a.m.  – Beginning Yoga
Participants must bring their own yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.

Wednesday, January 8 @ 6:00 p.m.  – Create your own personal Vision Board
Use positive words and images to create a collage to represent the life you want to live.

Sunday, January 12 @ 2:00 p.m.Reiki & Tapping Energy Healing Session
Join Dr. Sally Littleton, Reiki Master, to explore widely used methods to increase health and happiness by connecting to your innate Healing Energy.

Wednesdays, January 15 & 29 @ 6:30 p.m.  – Beginning Yoga
Participants must bring their own yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.

Sunday, January 19@ 2:00 p.m.Awakening Freedom Through Mindfulness
Did you know that by practicing mindfulness in your thoughts and eating habits, you can decrease your stress levels and increase happiness?

Sunday, January 26 @ 2:00 p.m.Essential Oils
Join Shelley VanBrocklin to learn the facts and benefits of essential oils. The first 30 people will be able to make and take a product home.
