In this guided book discussion, we will focus on each chapter through readings and practical exercises. You will be led through the book, with input from your peers and group leader, to find ways to expand your healthy self. In addition to providing the book, Integral Life Practice, by Ken Wilber, et al, please bring a blank journal for writing and drawing.
