Friends of TADL Book Discussion – 2022 Group, Integral Life Practice!

Join the Friends of TADL for a book discussion group led by Carol Anderson, D.Min., ACSW, MSW; aka, “The Irreverent Mystic”

Celebrate the New Year by focusing on positive changes related to mind, body. spirit, soul and shadow through the work of Ken Wilber. The author has been touted as the most important philosopher of the 21st Century.

In this guided book discussion, we will focus on each chapter through readings and practical exercises. You will be led through the book, with input from your peers and group leader, to find ways to expand your healthy self. In addition to providing the book, Integral Life Practice, by Ken Wilber, et al, please bring a blank journal for writing and drawing.

Please note – sign up early! This discussion group will be limited to 12. If you have questions, please feel free to contact Dr. Carol Anderson
