New Year, New You: Beginning Yoga

We invite community members of all abilities and experiences to join us at Woodmere for a series of hour-long of gentle yoga classes. Geared to a general audience of participants, this class will focus on settling the mind and resting the body by remaining in the present. All abilities are encouraged and welcome. We hope to take time for yourself and enjoy an hour to just be. Doing is highly overrated, being is where it’s at!
Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, and water bottles. Please arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of class to give yourself time to get settled. First time attendees will be required to sign a waiver. Registration not required.
