Junk Mail Journals with Beth Bynum

Save your mail envelopes to make a journal. Add magazine lettering and images. Create a cover from a manila file folder. Learn how to bind your book. It’s an easy way to recycle and make a gift. Join our group to make this inexpensive paper craft. Come have some Saturday fun.
You will need:
- 6-10 envelopes. Slit the top when you open your mail. Envelopes can have windows. Can be envelopes from cards. Can be envelopes meant for bill paying. Can be different sizes.
- Twine or yarn – for tags
- Dental floss – for book binding
- Large needle or awl
- Magazines that can be cut up
Bring your own lunch; snacks and beverages will be provided.
This class is limited to 15, so registration is required. You may stop in, call us at 231-263-5484, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to register. We will need your name, phone number, email address, and how many will be attending.
