Just Bee Yoga–For Adults, Gentle Yoga via Zoom

Join us every Monday in January in 2020 for a New Year, New You Gentle Yoga class.
This gentle yoga class will include yoga asanas with variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students. This is the perfect class to gently get your body moving or a wonderful introduction if you are new to yoga. This will be a slower-paced and nurturing class.
Gentle yoga is a great way to get your body moving and connect with the breath while increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Practicing gentle yoga can also help to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore an overall sense of balance to the mind and body. No prior experience needed.
Practicing yoga will be a wonderful tool as you head into this “New Year, New You”.
