Just Bee Yoga for Kids ages 3 – 6 (TADL Main front lawn)

*Join us on the front lawn of the Main Library for today’s program. Adults are expected to wear a mask, though children who are 5 and under are not required to wear one.*
Families with children ages 3 – 6 are invited to join Kay and Cathy from Just Bee Yoga + Well-Being on Zoom for free yoga and mindfulness on the second Saturday of each month. Bring a mat if you have one that you enjoy using. Otherwise we’ll have a mat substitute that you can use.
“Our fun, age-appropriate yoga classes blend music, cooperative games, breath-work and relaxation in a safe and supportive environment. We concentrate on the children’s inward mindfulness, opposed to perfect poses, although healthier bodies will be the result of poses that stretch, strengthen, and build coordination.
