Preserving Your Harvest Series–Too Many Tomatoes

Preserving food at home may be a practice that goes back for generations, but it is critical for anyone preserving and processing foods to have the most reliable and current information available about food safety and quality. Join Michigan State University Extension, who a trusted source for research-based information and education on proper canning methods and approved recipes.

This program will feature Too Many Tomatoes! Learn several ways to use up those delicious tomatoes from the garden, including canning and freezing them as well as learning the importance of acidification.  Please join the Michigan State Extension via Zoom to learn about what to do with your tomatoes.  Registration is required with two time slots available:
