DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Saturday morning Bird Walk with Kirk Waterstripe
  from the Grand Traverse Audubon Club.   This birding experience is desi
 gned for those just getting started, or wanting to polish their skills. We
 ’ll focus on identification skills, not just a big list. Dress for weath
 er and walking!This event will meet at the north side of the library at th
 e entrance of the Grand Traverse Are Children's Garden. **DUE TO WEA
 THER, this event may be rescheduled.  We will post on Friday May 8th if i
 t has been rescheduled. Keep checking back. The Grand Traverse Audubon So
 ciety donated two wonderful Birding Backpacks that are chock full of every
 thing you need to begin your birding experience.  They are located in our
  Library of Things collection.  Reserve your backpack today and begin or 
 bring along on the walks.
