Over the last few years we've had multiple requests from parents and families looking for ways their children who love the library can volunteer. In response we've developed this TADL Budding Volunteers program!
If you're interested please stop by the Woodmere administration office on the 2nd floor and pick up a kit (available while supplies last). Each kit contains:
- Seeds from our seed library
- Pots
- Compressed soil
- TADL Buds pin!
Take the kit home and put it together following the instructions. Put them near a sunny windowsill, water and care for the plants until they are big enough to bring back to the library (in late May or June). We'll plant them outside in our garden and put a marker so you can visit them whenever you come to the library!
