A new plan!

Background
In early 2025 TADL began a new strategic planning process, having completed the previous adopted plan. This process was facilitated by MCLS. We reached out to members of the community, hosted Community Conversations in August, and an online survey from Aug. 25 to Sept. 17.
Based on this input, we developed our direction for the next three years. With our last plan we refreshed the front lawn (because you told us you love outdoor programs) and made many other improvements. What shall we all do next?!
We surveyed. We listened. We discussed. And now, we’re proud to present our new strategic plan! This plan is based on 400+ community surveys (submitted through the open survey form on our website) as well as 100+ individual interviews (from a balanced spectrum of the community) conducted by our SP team.
These guiding principles will inform our decision-making for the next three years – thank you to everyone who assisted with this effort! We look forward to working on these initiatives with the community.
