Chair yoga is a practice that is beneficial for everyone. It is especially suited for those who prefer not to work on the floor. All yoga postures will be done seated or standing with a chair available for support and balance. A well-rounded variety of yoga poses will be used to increase strength, balance, and flexibility as well as reduce stress, discomfort, and clear the mind. Many options will be offered for each pose to appeal to different goals and capabilities.
