In observance of Veterans Day, the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association is proud to offer free Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney for estate planning to all Veterans. Veterans Day, observed annually on November 11, honors all who have served in the United States Armed Forces. This day offers a special opportunity to express gratitude to those who protect the freedoms and liberties we cherish. Free estate planning services include:
 

  • Wills
  • Durable Powers of Attorney
  • Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care (also known as Designation of Patient Advocate documents) graciously provided by volunteers from Heartland Hospice of Traverse City

What to bring:

  • Photo ID; and
  • Proof of military service (DD-214, VHIC, VIC, USID, or other ID)
