Getting Started with Genealogy

Unearth the story of your family history and celebrate the 250th Anniversary of America by researching your ancestors
with beginning genealogy. You will learn the basics of genealogy using a free account on Family Search to discover your family’s roots. Please bring:

• Basic information on your grandparents such as full name/maiden name, birth/death dates & locations
• A notepad 
• You can bring your own computer/tablet or one will be available for your use. 

This program will take place in the North Conference Room of the East Bay Township Building, which is located across the parking lot from the library.
