The TADL Board of Trustees Regular Meeting of February 19, 2026 has been cancelled due to a lack of business items. All routine business matters from this canceled meeting will be conducted at the TADL Board of trustees Regular Meeting on March 19, 2026.

TADL's Youth Services department joins helpers from all over our community at Horizon Books to celebrate the joy of reading. Community readers for this event include:

  • Traverse Area District Library (10 - 11:30 AM)
  • Traverse City Fire Department Station 1
  • Traverse City Police Department
  • US Coast Guard
  • Munson Medical Center
  • Grand Traverse Community

Enjoy a craft activity while at the event or take it home.

No purchase necessary to attend, however all 11/8 sales at the Traverse City Horizon Books will benefit our community partner, Born to Read.
