Doodle your stress away!
Doodling is descibed as an "aimless or casual scribble, design, or sketch." (Websters Distionary) Join Barbara Greenwood, seasoned art therapist and art teacher, to explore how doodling can help you relax, leave the world and its problems behind you, as well as stir up a creative solution to a problem. Participants will explore how lines and shapes can become a beautiful expression, and leave with a beautiful piece of their own art.
There are no skills required for this session, the goal is to have fun, connect with others, gain new skills, and find out how “magical” the process of making art can be for both mind and spirit
