Baby Time with Miss Michele is an interactive story time introducing early literacy to our youngest patrons.  Geared toward families with children ages 0-12 months.

Join Miss Rosie for stories, songs, fingerplays and fun! This program is geared toward preschool aged children, their caregivers and friends.  Call the library at 932-8503 for more info.  

Join Miss Michele for Toddler Time as she leads families with young children through stories, rhymes and books. For children aged 12-36 months.

Join us as we prepare for our next ExoLab mini lab experiment on the International Space Station, as we crete a take-home mini lab to watch the different parts of a seed as it grows.

Do you like to read or listen to audiobooks across all genres? Do you like to talk about books, or just listen? Join the Tuesdays @ Two book discussion group on the last Tuesday of each month from 2pm to 3pm in the McGuire Room.

Jenna Baker, intervention specialist at the Traverse Bay Children's Advocacy Center will be presenting Talk, Protect, Report, an evidence-based child abuse prevention program designed for adults.

Stop by the Youth Services department to try out some thrilling and fun, Minute to Win It games. The premise is simple: just complete either of the tasks in less than a minute to win (we'll have a small prize at the Youth Desk, if you do).

A fun, in-person, hour long exercise class based on the PWR! moves for people with or suspected Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers. The class will be run by a PWR! certified physical therapist in the McGuire Community Room.

All teen writers are welcome. Writer Jacqueline Burke will share her enthusiasm and skills. Guest authors may also come to share.

Join us for fun with LEGO and other engineering challenges. Build something tall, moveable or stable, and challenge yourself to build & create.

Whether you need volunteer hours for school or are just looking to be more active in your community, the library would be pleased to benefit from your time.

Tweens are invited to try their hands at various arts and crafts with STEAM related concepts and fun projects to make and take! This program is geared toward older kids grades 3-6.

Have you ever wondered how to recycle your greeting cards? Or maybe you'd rather create a journal or memory book from a tissue box.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help. 

Join us quarterly to discuss nonfiction books concerning mental and physical wellness. Facilitators for the discussions will be professional mental health providers courtesy of Head and Heart Therapeutic Services and Open Space Counseling.
