Kids aged 5 - 8 years old are invited to join in the NERF fun as you run, dodge, dive, and blast the competition! From "Capture the Flag" to "Eliminator" to "Zombie vs. Humans," players will put their physical and mental skills to the test.

Need a little help with your laptop, tablet, or phone? TADL's knowledgeable staff are available to answer your basic questions during this time and can set you up with resources for more information.

Join us as we move Build and Create into the McGuire Community so you can spread out with you LEGO project or Magformer build or fort-building activity- and you get an extra hour to do it.

Bring your beach towels and camp out in the Youth StoryRoom for a special Spring Break beach movie for families (either the original Lilo & Stitch or Finding Nemo).

Join Youth Services staff in the StoryRoom for a family storytime full of stories, songs and movement (ages 2 to 5 with a caregiver).

Do you like to read or listen to audiobooks across all genres? Do you like to talk about books, or just listen? Join the Tuesdays @ Two book discussion group on the last Tuesday of each month from 2pm to 3pm in the McGuire Room.

Challenge Island brings their awesome blend of STEM and Art to TADL for some fun Spring Break challenges for youth ages 9 to 12 years old.

Come make something using Sculpey polymer clay. You can make a small creature, beads, pendants, pins, or embellish a pen. Snacks will be served.

Spend spring break at the library and battle it out just for fun! This nerf battle will be using single shot nerf toys provided by the library. Devise a strategy with your teammates and see who comes out on top.

Calling all tweens aged 9 - 12 who enjoy LEGO©s- bring your bricks to life! Use a custom motor to add movement to LEGO© bricks and learn fundamental simple machine concepts through our designs.

Have you ever wondered how to recycle your greeting cards? Or maybe you'd rather create a journal or memory book from a tissue box.

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help.
