Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi. During the winter months, we'll meet in the McGuire Community Room and when the weather gets nicer, we'll move out to the Library's Front Lawn. (Rain location will always be the the McGuire Community Room inside the library.)

Tai Chi is a systematic and gentle form of exercise and stretching that is good for all ages.
