Join us at the East Bay Branch for an introduction to Tai Chi with TADL's own Josh! We'll meet in the in the North Conference Room of the East Bay Township building - across the parking lot from the library!

Tai Chi is a systematic and gentle form of exercise and stretching that is good for all ages.
