Adventure Begins at Your Library!

All teen writers are welcome. Come hang out with other writers! Summer is casual. Bring what you are working on and socialize. Want to see what we accomplished last school year?

TADL Stitchers is open to anyone with an interest in needlework in its many forms--knitting, crochet, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilting, embroidery, tatting, etc.  If you are having trouble with a project, others may be able to help. 

Join us for Queer Tales Book Club where we chat about books that are by and/or about LGBTQIA+ people. Reading is not required, and everyone is welcome.

We hang out on the third Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the Nelson Room.

Meet your favorite librarians outside at Brownson Memorial Park for a program in partnership with the Kingsley Farmers Market, Naturally Fun! This drop-in activity will include crafts and more. Parents are encouraged to stay and assist.

Children aged 6 - 12 can enjoy a little bit of summer camp with us on the front lawn of TADL's Main Library. Mr.

Whether you need volunteer hours for school or are just looking to be more active in your community, the library would be pleased to benefit from your time.

Join Miss Beth at Civic Center South at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 18th for an Adventure Hike for Summer Reading Club! FREE bagged lunches will be available to hikers, provided By Feeding America Northern Michigan's Gather2Grow program.
