After receiving your submission, we'll get back to you within 48 hours (usually much sooner) to let you know how long it will take to print, how much filament will be used, and an approximate cost, or if we have any questions.

Sometimes models do not scale correctly when imported into the slicer software, so if it looks wrong, we'll ask you what size to make the output object.
