The TADL Board of Trustees Regular Meeting of February 19, 2026 has been cancelled due to a lack of business items. All routine business matters from this canceled meeting will be conducted at the TADL Board of trustees Regular Meeting on March 19, 2026.

Event Details

The goal of the Traverse Area Historical Society is to share local history of Traverse City and the Grand Traverse region.

This month's topic is:  

Presentations by our local Michigan History Day middle school finalists.  They will talk about their experiences at the national competition in Washington, D.C. 

These will be followed by an extended social time with some serious refreshments and fun interactive displays. Get to know your fellow history enthusiasts while challenging your knowledge of local history!

Following that will be a very brief annual business meeting.
