Yoga for Anxiety is a class that guides students through variant themes of yogic sequences and mindful tools that can be used to relieve the effects of stress.

Join us for an introduction to Tai Chi. During the winter months, we'll meet in the McGuire Community Room and when the weather gets nicer, we'll move out to the Library's Front Lawn.

The goal of the Traverse Area Historical Society is to share local history of Traverse City and the Grand Traverse region.
